This large Costa Brava building plot to buy is located just 800m from Aiguablava beach in what is regarded as one of the most exclusive areas of the Costa Brava.

The plot is located on a private track, providing access to just a handful of other properties. The plot is surrounded by green belt countryside and enjoys beautiful sea views towards the Aiguablava Parador hotel.

The area (known as the Baix Emporda) also offers a wide range of both water-based and inland activities including sailing, sea-kayaking, kite surfing, road cycling, mountain biking, hiking, climbing and horse riding. There are three excellent golf courses within a 10-minute drive of the plot (Platja de Pals, Serres de Pals, Golf Emporda) and the nearest ski slopes of the Pyrenees are within a 1hr 45min car journey.
